Return Policy

Downloadable Items Cannot Be Returned, Refunded or Exchanged.

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following goods are exempt from being returned:

Patterns

Gift Cards

Downloadable items including patterns and quilting design files

Sale Items

Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item after it has been reviewed and inspected. The email will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please allow 3 to 4 business days after receipt of your return for processing.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at countrystarquilting@gmail.com and send your item to: 

25 310th Street, Perry, IA 50220.  Please return the items in its original packaging and include a copy of the purchase invoice or other proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Before contacting Country Star Quilting, please follow these steps.  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

25 310th Street, Perry, IA 50220.  Return the items in the original packaging and include a copy of the invoice/proof of purchase.

If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
